Latin in line. Tuesday mornings 10am ( Great fun Latin in line dance class.) Learn to dance Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Salsa, Rumba, Charleston, Bachata, and many more, to great Latin music.  My classes have a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and leave you feeling uplifted.  No previous experience needed, everyone is welcome.

Move it or lose it.  Fun exercise class for the over 60's helping you to stay young and improve your strength, balance, mobility and overall health in a friendly atmosphere.  All abilities are welcome! seated, support of a chair or free standing. Come and say hi and try your FIRST CLASS for FREE!!.  Classes are £5 per session or 10 classes for the price of 9, We have to have a Move It Or Lose It certificate to prove that we have covid secure procedures in place.

Table Tennis Social. Tuesday evenings 19:30

Vinyasa Yoga Tuesdays 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. from March 11th .  Classes are warm, supportive and strengthening with clear instruction on alignment.  Students will need to bring their own Yoga mat and wear appropriate clothing that will allow them to stretch and feel comfortable.  A fitted top prevents it from falling over your head during inversions.
